1. Services Provided

Clareza Aero Inc. provides drone-powered cleaning services, including but not limited to window washing, soft washing, and roof treatments. By booking a service, the Client agrees to the specifications outlined in their individual quote.

2. Drone Operations & Safety

As a drone-operated business, our services are subject to federal aviation laws:

Airspace Restrictions: We operate under Transport Canada regulations. If your property is in restricted airspace (e.g., near YLW Kelowna International Airport), we may require additional time for flight authorization.
Weather Policy: Drone operations are weather-dependent. For the safety of your property and our equipment, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to high winds (typically >30 km/h), heavy rain, or extreme Okanagan heat/cold. No deployment fees apply if Clareza Aero Inc cancels due to weather.
Ground Safety: During flight, a "Safety Zone" will be established. Clients, pets, and bystanders must remain indoors or outside the designated work area until the drone is landed and powered down.

3. Property Access & Preparation

To ensure a successful wash, the Client agrees to:

Ensure all windows and doors are tightly sealed.
Clear the perimeter of fragile items (potted plants, outdoor furniture, etc.).
Provide functional exterior water spigots with adequate pressure (unless otherwise agreed).
Authorized Access: By booking, you grant Clareza Aero Inc and its drones legal access to the air and ground space of the property for the duration of the service.

4. Liability & Damages

Pre-Existing Conditions: Clareza Aero Inc is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, such as faulty window seals, loose siding, or oxidized paint that may react to standard cleaning solutions.
Chemical Use: We use industry-standard "soft wash" biodegradable solutions. The Client is responsible for informing us of any highly sensitive rare plants or organic gardens near the wash site.
Incidental Overspray: While our drone technology is precise, minor overspray is a natural part of exterior cleaning.

5. Quotes, Payments, & Fees

Estimates: Quotes provided via satellite imagery are "estimates." We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the on-site condition differs significantly from the images provided.
Payment Terms: Residential payments are due in full upon completion. Commercial accounts are subject to Net-30 terms (due 30 days from invoice date) unless otherwise specified.
Late Interest: Invoices unpaid after the due date are subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum), calculated and compounded monthly.
Grace Period: We provide a 7-day administrative grace period. Interest is waived if full payment is received within 7 days of the due date.
Deployment Fee: A fee of $200 (Residential) or $400 (Commercial) applies if a service cannot be performed upon arrival due to factors within the Client’s control (e.g., no site access, no water, or safety hazards).
Cancellations: We require 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the Deployment Fee.

6. Privacy & Imagery

Marketing Use: Clareza Aero Inc may use non-identifying aerial footage for promotional purposes. We will never include street numbers, license plates, or faces without explicit consent.
Incidental Privacy: We respect the privacy of your neighbors. Our drones are positioned to minimize the capture of neighboring properties, and any incidental personal information captured will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service.
Right to Rectify: Clareza Aero Inc reserves the first right to return and rectify any valid concern at no additional cost. This is our primary remedy; refunds are only considered at our sole discretion if a re-clean fails to meet project specifications or in the event of major equipment failure.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover environmental factors occurring after service (e.g., dust, pollen, bird droppings) or pre-existing damage. Dissatisfaction with one portion of a project does not entitle the Client to withhold payment for the entire project.
Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, deployment fees, and specialized chemical costs are non-refundable once service has commenced or the cancellation window has passed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in the Okanagan/Kelowna region.
